Our Hiking – 360 Training Plans deliver specific strength and endurance training routines that give the sailing athlete the options of using equipment, body-weight and/or using a hiking bench to increase their hiking ability on the water. These Hiking – 360 Training Plans have been specifically create with the hiking athlete in mind, with specific programming used with our very top hiking based athletes. Now we are offering it in a self-serve medium through the TrainingPeaks platform.
