SPT’s collegiate training program offers sailing-focused strength and conditioning workouts to that will increase your team’s health and performance while reducing injury. Athletes have the option of choosing workouts tailored to gyms with equipment or without (body-weight only). SPT’s collegiate training program has been specifically designed with the college sailing-athlete in mind, with specific programming for developing absolute strength, speed, and endurance no matter what the athlete’s previous training background. In addition, coaches and athletes will utilize both the BridgeTracker and TrainingPeaks platforms for an unparalleled remote coaching experience.
