For the hiking focused athlete wanting to maximize his or her strength and endurance while hiking. Our Hiking – 360 Training Plans deliver specific strength and endurance training routines that give the sailing athlete the options of using equipment, body-weight and/or using a hiking bench to increase their hiking ability on the water.  These Hiking – 360 Training Plans have been specifically create with the hiking athlete in mind, with specific programming used with our very top hiking based athletes.  Now we are offering it in a self-serve medium through the TrainingPeaks platform.

Strength & Endurance Complete - Hiking 360 Training Plans

Strength & Endurance Complete Training Plans available for 4, 8, or 12 weeks

Strength 2 days per week, Endurance 2-4 days per week

    • Use a Hiking Bench or Stability Ball
    • Increased specialization with increased muscle stamina
    • Initial hiking bench scores of 5:00 – 6:00 minutes

  • Elite Complete Strength + Endurance Plans
    • Choose with or without Equipment (Barbell Required)

    • Complete specialization in absolute hiking strength
