For the Trapeze focused athlete wanting to maximize his or her strength and agility while sailing. Our Trapeze – 360 Training Plans deliver specific Upper Body Strength and Agility Drills that gives the Trapezing sailor the options of using equipment or body-weight for their training.  These Trapeze – 360 Training Plans have been specifically create with the Trapezing athlete in mind, with specific programming for our Skiff and Foiling classes that focused on upper body muscle endurance, along side speed and agility training.  Now we are offering our plans in a self-serve format with great instruction and video through the TrainingPeaks platform.
