SPT 360 Training

For the Opti focused athlete wanting to maximize his or her strength and endurance while sailing in the Optimist. Our Opti – 360 Training Plans deliver specific physical literacy and movement coordination instruction that gives the Opti salior the options of using equipment, body-weight and/or using a hiking bench to increase their athletic balance and ability to perform on the water.  These Opti – 360 Training Plans have been specifically create with the Opti athlete in mind, with specific programming for our younger athletes that focused on long-term athletic development.  Now we are offering our plans in a self-serve format with great instruction and video through the TrainingPeaks platform.
