As a campaigning athlete, I have found the support I didn’t know I needed with my trainer, Mike, and Sailing Performance Training. Their holistic approach to fitness is less of a prescription and more of a conversation. Mike takes genuine consideration of my short and long term goals, the time and equipment I have, my travel and competition schedule, and my emotions. My programming reflects all of these factors and helps me define my relationship with my sport and my body in a truly sustainable and positive way. Over the past three years, I have been incredibly lucky to have SPT on my team as I worked through injuries, successes, and failures to become an all-around stronger athlete. I have gotten so much more out of them than just the daily workouts I initially sought and I am always surprised and impressed at what we are able to accomplish together.
